Dr. H. N. Nagaraja the executive Director of NGI is an Academician with 37 years of experience as a teacher by choice, an Administrator and a Researcher. With his commitment and dedication, he was able to contribute in getting the institutions he served NAAC and NBA accreditation. He was also instrumental in getting the institution to participate and get good rank in NIRF and QS-I-Guage at local & global level. He has published 95+ research papers in national and international reputed journals.

Dr. R. Gowri, Director – Research, Accreditation & Ranking at Nehru Group of Institutions (NGI), is a seasoned academician with over 27 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. A Ph.D. holder in Microwave Electronics, she has served in senior leadership roles including Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dean Academics, Dean Research, and Founder Director at reputed universities. With strong expertise in OBE, NEP implementation, NAAC accreditation, and NIRF rankings, she has played a crucial role in institutional quality enhancement and strategic academic growth. She has successfully led and contributed to multiple AICTE, DRDO, ISRO, and DST-funded research projects, including securing a ₹1.3 crore DST-FIST grant for establishing advanced 5G microwave research infrastructure. Dr. Gowri is also an active member of DRDO Project (DEAL, IRDE) review committee, IEEE committees, university boards, and Uttarakhand public service commission committee, and continues to drive excellence in research, accreditation, and national & global rankings at NGIK.
