Dr. Vishnu Sajan is a seasoned academician, researcher, and management educator with expertise in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence in Management Education, Marketing, and Organizational Behaviour. With several years of experience in higher education, he has been actively involved in teaching, research, academic administration, and curriculum development across reputed institutions.
His scholarly contributions include numerous publications in Scopus-indexed and UGC CARE journals, along with national and international patents. His research interests focus on Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Management Education, Human Resource Management, Marketing Analytics, and Business Research. He has presented research papers at national and international conferences and has acted as resource person for several FDPs and MDPs conducted by leading institutions.
Dr. Vishnu Sajan is proficient in research and analytical tools, including Power BI, Advanced Microsoft Excel, SPSS, JAMOVI, R, Tableau, AMOS, and PLS-SEM. His teaching philosophy emphasizes experiential learning, research-driven education, industry engagement, and technology-enabled pedagogy.
