Dr. Reema P M is an Assistant Professor of Management at Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering and Technology with over 6 years of academic experience in management education. She holds a Ph.D. from Jansons School of Business, Coimbatore, along with an M.Phil., MBA, M.Com, and M.A. in Economics. Her expertise spans Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Economics, and Research Methodology, with a research focus on employee commitment, competency mapping, and migrant workforce studies. She has authored 8 research publications in national and international journals, including UGC-CARE and Scopus-indexed work, and has attended over 10 Faculty Development Programmes on Outcome-Based Education, AI in Teaching, and Advanced Data Analytics. She has also served as a resource person and guest lecturer on Research Methodology across several institutions.
